If you have a domain name registered with DDoSCrush, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your domain account and your actual domain name(s) is correct and up-to-date. DDoSCrush is not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain

1.2) By using a Payment Method and Payment account to Pay the service fees you ensure that you are using your own Payment account to Make payment for the services.

2.1) Any dedicated IP order in addition to ones provided with a hosting package may be subject to IP Justification. Justification practices are subject to change to remain in conformity with policies of American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN). We reserve the right to deny any dedicated IP request based on insufficient justification or current IP utilization.

2.2) We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail and spam. Users can send e-mail only to their members using our servers with the agreement with receiver.

3.1) Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Our backup service runs Daily, overwrites any of our previous backups made, and only one week of backups are kept. This service is provided to you as a courtesy. HostGator is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on HostGator servers.

If users Failed to pay Recurring payments on time a overdue chage will be applied and user must pay the overdue fees to activate the service that got suspended for overdue of Payment. No money back guarantee is applicable for Domain Registration, Dedicated IP, Software Installation Fees, Services Termination on Abuse.

4.1) DDoSCrush ensures a 99.9% Uptime for Network. In some cases for any maintenance or any Technical Problem it may fail to provide that assured 99.9% uptime & in that case all effected services will get calculative Discounts in next Month Billing

5.1) DDoSCrush own the Right to update & Modify the Terms of Services any-time without any notice and users are subscribers are subjected to keep them self updated with all term policy.

6.1) By Joining DDoSCrush Affiliate Program you will get an opportunity to get paid by Referring sales and also you must agree the terms of DDoSCrush affiliate program. Self Referring is highly against the DDoSCrush Affiliate Program rules and If such activity Can identified DDoSCrush owns the right to Suspend and froze any affiliate account.
